College/Pro Performance

Competing at some of the highest levels takes a great work ethic, the ability to maintain a high output during stressful/chaotic environments, and commitment to your craft. The College/Pro Performance program is centered around these core concepts. This program will:

  • Expose and acclimate the athlete to the demand/intensity of a college/pro regimen
  • Identify and correct muscular and motor control deficiencies in the athlete to maximize performance
  • Minimize risk of injury, build resiliency and balance in the athlete
  • Improve various types of strength (maximum strength, speed-strength, strength-speed, reversal strength, strength endurance)
  • Develop/Improve rate of force and total body power/explosiveness 
  • Maximize efficiency of lateral movement and improve upon change of direction
  • Improve movement quality/efficiency
