Youth Performance

For the elementary and middle school athlete who is ready to commit to taking their game to the next level. The Youth Performance Program is designed to help the athlete:

  • Begin to build a well-balanced and resilient body
  • Improve upon each attribute of athletic ability (stability/mobility, motor control,strength, speed, change of direction, conditioning)
  • Expose/reinforce the athlete to the correct way to train in order to minimize risk of injury and maximize performance.
