For the elementary and middle school athlete who is ready to commit to taking their game to the next level. The Youth Performance Program is designed to help the athlete:
- Begin to build a well-balanced and resilient body
- Improve upon each attribute of athletic ability (stability/mobility, motor control,strength, speed, change of direction, conditioning)
- Expose/reinforce the athlete to the correct way to train in order to minimize risk of injury and maximize performance.
